Cannot use default action widget types on workflow tab

      Description

      The workflow tab is still relying on old actions widget type because it has a more complicated use case: it needs to display the current route, but actions should be resolved on the current document context.

      The new actions widget types accept a property "actionContextDocument" for this purpose, but it seems this property needs to be propagated to sub widgets on this screen (to investigate).

      In the mean time, this tab cannot be migrated to use new default actions widget types.
