global admin status message not refreshed in cluster nodes

      Description

      When setting admin message on a cluster node, the other nodes doesn't display the message.

      Admin status messages are cached in the UI and are refreshed only on node's change. One way of solving is to schedule an event for refreshing the cache periodically.
