Add a latest shortcut in the explorer

For documentation purpose, we need to point at the "current" source code exploration. But "current" is actually pointing at the currently running server (hosting explorer.nuxeo.org).

Even if we should upgrade the explorer server, that must not be required for updating the documentation. So add a "latest" shortcut pointing at the latest distribution imported into the explorer.
