Add url resources of a Document to JSON serialization for initialization of Select2

For instance, when serializing to JSON a Document, it would be helpful to have:

• the permalinks (jsf interface, angular...)
• links including the conversation id (or not) where relevant.
• ...

This will be useful typically for Select2 since we'd like to be able to display a link to the selected documents (within the the jsf interface).
