Rewrite layout-demo tests using webdriver

      Description

      The set of tests for layout-demo (testing default widget types behaviour) is still using Selenium, it would benefit from being migrated to Webdriver, and should be fairly easy since helpers for layouts have been added to nuxeo-functional-tests
