Select2 suggestion > Make a visual difference when the items are sortable

There are 2 cases once you use a suggest input in a form:

• i.e for rights: you add users and groups but the order has no impact on the result
• in workflows: the ordering of users have an impact on the task.

In the second case you have to understand as a user that fill the form that the order/sort is important so you have to care about it.

Add an help sentence to explain this + display a drag icon.
