Live Edit actions not displayed in the right place

First case: Workspace creation (see screenshot)

• the actions are displayed even if you can only create a workspace in this folder -> don't display the actions. Same thing with default domain, sections, templates ..

Second case: Document creation (see screenshot)

• the document creation pop up should list a specific category for the live edit document creation (with a word explaining the specificity of theese actions). The create actions should be displayed outside of the document creation pop up.

Third case: Document edition (see screeshot)

• the document view should not display the live edit document creation in breadcrumb. Also, the edition icon should be a part of the main actions, on top right. (check the default behavior for attachments).
