Improve Seam / Nuxeo Runtime integration

      Description

      Nuxeo currently uses a bare Seam 2.1 version.

      However, we override some interceptors :

      • fixing bugs
      • removing unused interceptors

      In addition, we would like to be able to use Seam injection to lookup to Nuxeo Runtime Services.
      This can not be done easily from the outside without duplicating a lot of code.

      A simple solution is to fork Seam and directly do our modifications.
