download file can not work if document title has backward slash or forwardslash

if I use chemistry cmis to create document+file with title that has backward slash or forward slash, then when I download the file, somehow the title is in the url. It gave status 500 internal server error

The portion 11111~%60!%40%23%24%25%5E%26*()%7D%7B%5b%5d%22%3a%3b'%3f%3E%3C%2c.%2F%20 is the title of document. It's not nessesary in order to download the file. I delete it and still be able to download file.

Note: I use custom metadata to hold the filename
