Thumbnail of a PDF file randomly does not show up

      Description

      After an upload of a PDF file, the thumbnail seems correctly generated by the async listener and saved, but when the page is refreshed it randomly does not show up for some document.

      The XML export of the culprit document shows that the thumbnail Blob is empty.
