Currently, when you edit several documents at the same time, there is no indication of which documents are impacted. Since documents selected on several pages are kept, you can end up in editing documents that you forgot you selected before.
It would be nice to have a summary of the documents that will be modified when you click on Update.
Here is a proposal:
- On top of the bulk edit window, have a foldable list of selected documents. List is folded by default and its title (always displayed) displays "n documents selected".
- User could click on the title to unfold the list. It would then display the title of selected documents.
- Ideally, user could remove documents from the selection from there, without having to cancel bulk edit, navigate in the list and unselect documents.
