Improve network error messages and logs, taking into account proxy related errors

Depending on the type of exception raised by urllib2.open() (HTTPError, URLError, other) we need to be as precise as possible about the error both in the authentication popup message and in the logs.

Typically when the system proxy settings are detected, a "Name or service not known" URLError can either come from the proxy server configuration or the Nuxeo server URL.
