Fix random crash during hot reload

      Description

      Using:
      Nuxeo: nuxeo-cap-5.7.2-I20130728_0116-tomcat-sdk.zip
      Current Nuxeo studio test version (2.13)
      H2 database

      Steps to reproduce:
      In studio, create document types
      Activate development mode and restart server
      Use hot reload
      Nuxeo crashes randomly during hot reload saying a document type is unknown

      Attaching jar screenshot and stacktrace for easier investigation.
