Add license file in the Drive source code

Specifying as an introduction in the LGPL LICENSE.txt file that the resulting assembly of the Nuxeo Drive source code and all its third-party libraries, among which PyQt, is either under the GPL or the PyQt commercial license because of PyQt, depending on how the users are able to distribute it.
If they cannot distribute under GPL, they must buy commercial licenses.
