Provide custom Maven profiles to the release script

Add a '-p'/'--profiles' option on release.py to provide additional custom Maven profiles.

Those profiles are always activated by default (unless deactivated by that parameter):

• 'addons,distrib,all-distributions' for all commands
• 'release,-qa' for prepare command (plus 'nightly' if deploy option passed),
• 'release,-qa' for perform command,
• 'qa' for package command.
