UserProfileActions should cache current/selected userProfile Document

UserProfileActions.getUserProfile() is currently called at least once for every userprofile property value rendered on the page. Since the userprofile document can be expensive to retrieve and since customers are likely to extend the userprofile with additional properties, UserProfileActions should be modified to cache the current/selected userProfile document
