Fix workflow availability filter resolution: currently only the first twenty routes models are taken into account

When displaying the list of workflows available for current document, only the first page of the "DOC_ROUTING_SEARCH_ALL_ROUTE_MODELS" provider is checked.The page size of this is set to 20 => if there are more than 20 workflow models, the rest will be ignored
