DAM > Improve the 'no documents' view display

When no documents are listed the view is not appealing:

• the default message can take more space (css)
• the empty asset column is not really understandable
• no action is suggested to come back to a wanted / default view

See also if the document actions (edit / copy / worklist / delete) can be hidden since no documents are displayed.
