Fix hot reload of content templates removal

• I create a Content Template for workspace
  • Select the target document type : Workspace
  • I add a Blog
  • I save my content template configuration
• I deploy my studio project into my Nuxeo instance
• I create a workspace and the blog is automatically created
• I remove in my Nuxeo Studio the content Template configuration for the Workspace
• I deploy again my Nuxeo Studio project

Problem

• When I create a workspace, the blog is still created inside

Waiting resolution

• No blog inside the workspace.

Workaround

• Restart the server
