Make focus on vocabulary entry edit form when user clicks on Modify button

When a user wants to edit a vocabulary entry, he clicks on the entry's Modify button. And then he must scroll up to the top of the page to see the edit form. Nothing in the UI indicates that his click has been taken into account and that the edit form is actually displayed at the top of the page.
It would be very nice to have a focus automatically done on the edit form when user clicks on Modify, or have the edit form displayed in a popup maybe.
