Clicking on scroll bar to scroll down in suggest box makes the box disappear

When there are more than 7 tags suggested, the suggest box has a scroll down. When the user clicks on the scroll bar to scroll down (instead of using the mouse scroll button), the suggest box disappears. Using the scroll button works fine.
