Homegenize asset creation forms

When user creates a new asset, he choose between 4 asset types:

• Image,
• Audio,
• Video,
• File.

Image, audio and file have the same fields available on their creation form, but not always in the same order. Video is missing two fields (original author and creation date) as compared with other asset types.
=> All asset creation form should display the same fields and in the same order. For instance:

• Title
• Description
• Content
• Original author
• Creation date.
