User preferences: Display correct label when French is the browser's default label

      Description

      When the user logs in with a French browser the first time, French is selected as the language for the UI. When the user goes in the User preferences, the language label displayed is not the actual label though: it displays "fr_FR" instead of "Français". And when he clicks on Edit, it seems that French was actually not selected.
