      Description

      Workflow enablement filter id has been changed from "filter@SerialDocumentReview" to "filter@wf@SerialDocumentReview" because of changes on Studio side (see NXS-1432).
      Since this change has been incorporated to the 5.6-HF17 hotfix, and this is an incompatible change, this change needs to be reverted in both 5.6.0 maintenance branch for 5.6-HF18, and on master branch.
