Template rendering listeners event config is not specific enough

nuxeo-template-rendering-core has listeners that don't specify the events for which they should be call in the XML config so they're always called (even if they do nothing). It's in particular a problem for documenttemplate-type-binding which is async and generates a useless work instance.
