Allow to skip Modification event inside the Audit system when a file is imported via FileManager

When uploading a file (Import, DnD, WebDav ...) and a file already exists, the FileManager will :

• Checkin the Document (i.e. create a version before update)
• update the Document with the new content

The 2 events will be logged in the Audit.

In some cases, people may want to skip the second event from Audit ...
