Manage Nuxeo Drive client versioning

The Nuxeo Drive client needs to be aware of its current version, typically by having a _version_ attribute in the source code.
This will allow:

• to have the -v or --version option in the ndrive commandline
• to udate this version with a timestamp when packaging the client in dev mode (msi or dmg)
• to release a specific version of the client
