The NuxeoLauncher class does not support using pids on AIX to manage Nuxeo instances

The NuxeoLauncher only supports Linux, Windows, and MacOS when managing pids, but there is no reason not to support AIX as well as the UnixProcessManager works fine with AIX. I added this patch to the NuxeoLauncher (see attached file) and AIX works fine.
