The address reachable check at launch must be optional or removed

The method org.nuxeo.launcher.config.ConfigurationGenerator.checkAddressReachable(InetAddress) seems to fail in some environments. See http://answers.nuxeo.com/questions/5225.

Look if the method is really useful and efficient in all OS, then remove it, fix it and/or add an option to skip it.
