Fix faceted search tests failure on date using "00:00 AM" as minutes

      Description

      tests using "00:00 AM" as a date do not work anymore (see attached files) and shows a conversion error "'03/21/2013 00:00 AM' could not be understood as a date. Example: 3/22/2013 11:52 AM"
