Order folders up/down buttons don't support pagination correctly

When an order folder has a lot of documents, some unexpected behavior occurs when dealing with the last item of the first page, plus any item from the second page and onwards.

• Last item of the first page: buttons "move down" and "move to bottom" are disabled. Expected behavior would be to have them enabled to allow to move the document down to the second page.
• Items from the next pages: buttons "move up" and "move to top" are always disabled.
