Invalidate synchronization roots cache if ACL change

If permissions change on a synchronization root, currently the per repo/user cache is not invalidated. This can lead to some inconsistancy, for example if the Read or Write permission is denyed to a user on one of its roots, the list of synchronization roots in the "Nuxeo Drive" tab of the User center should be updated. Of course it should also be considered as a deletion client side.
