Use a global default ajax event queue

Richfaces configuration allows to set a global queue throughout the application: "org.richfaces.queue.global.enabled"

Specific event queue names already setup in some templates should be removed, so that the same global queue is used in every page: since Seam conversations do not allow us to use distinct threads outside of the same conversation, it's not interesting to use different queues on a given page.
