Safari drag'n drop on Safari 6.0.2 doesn't work anymore

      Description

      If I drag'n drop a file safari open it and doesn't try to upload it. Drag'n drop zone is not at all enabled.

      This is the case since the update of OS and upgrade of Safari 6.x. On Safari 5.x it worked.
