Error when I D&D one particular image in a workspace or a picture book

When I try to import the attached picture using D&D, creation of the pictures fails. On a 5.6 without hotfixes, the importing wheel is displayed indefinitely. On a 5.6-HF08, it displays an error windows after some time. I attach the logs for both cases.
