To cleanup the DB and remove the existing tasks that won't be validated, you can run the following query: "DELETE FROM hierarchy WHERE id IN (SELECT id FROM task WHERE name = 'validateSocialWorkspace');"

When selecting Social Workspaces in the Admin Center / Social Collaboration, no action is displayed to approve / reject the creation.
