PDF rendition for internal slides

The internal slides need to be automatically or easily exportable in PDF format to share them.

Here is the list of needs from the marketing team:

• Thibaut needs to add new skin resources (CSS + img) when he wants
• The PDF export has to keep the text (Sun has updated an export script for its project to generate PDF pages instead of a set of PNG export, see with him)
• The source slides must stay easy to review for corrections.
