      Description

      Both testing frameworks are using different root WebDriver "pages" which are not compliant: org.nuxeo.runtime.test.runner.web.WebPage and org.nuxeo.functionaltests.pages.AbstractPage

      Merge their features (from functionaltests to runtime-webtest).
      Mark the ones from functionaltests as deprecated.
