Add a confirmation pop-up when user deletes an attached file

On the Files tab, it is very easy to delete attached files, and there is no confirmation pop up. It's too easy to make a mistake and lose an attachment. It would be nice to add a confirmation pop up, so the user can cancel if he clicked on the wrong file. (It would even be nicer to display the about-to-be-deleted file's name in the pop up so the user can see which file he's about to delete.)
