Add a property to globally exclude proxies from results

It would be a great feature to exclude all proxies from results without having to override existing NXQL queries (in page providers or elsewhere): it would automatically add the clause ecm:isProxy=0 to the query, if the operand is not explicitely set.

This could be done with a new global framework property or a repository-level configuration option in the VCS repository's extension point.
