      Widgets now accept "control" properties by mode to control if a form is displayed around them and if they handle their label

      Description

      Following improvements on container widget types (and also layout templates) on widget label management (see NXP-4937), we need a similar fine-grained control over forms around widgets.

      The idea is to add a marker on widget instances (boolean to specify whether widget should be surrounded by a form, whether this form should be ajaxified...) and make parents check it (layout template, complex, list, container and also actions widget types) to add the accurate form around the widget.

      (also need to keep backward compat on current widgets adding forms, like the container and actions widget types)
