VideoConversionWork wastes Repository connections from the pool and sometimes exceeds transaction timeout

The transaction is only needed when loading the document blob and saving the results. Hence the transactional context should be closed during the actual call to the ffmpeg commandline conversion and reopened in the end, just to save the results.
