Style the workflow notification

Right now the workflow notification is not very clear:

We need to work on it to have a nice display:

Description (if not empty)
State
Version 

• Link "download": to download main file from the email
• Link "Comment" : go to "comment" tab of the document 
• Link "History":  go to "history" tab of the document 
• POssible to have the workflow actions here? (validate / reject)
