Show an empty popup when hitting the "new" button without any allowed sub types

By default the "new" button is not shown when there are no allowed sub types.
But when filtering is not done correctly and the button is shown anyway, hitting the "new" button will have no effect and will produce a javascript error

=> display an empty popup saying "there are no allowed sub types defined for this container" in this case, to make the template more generic
