Refactor TokenAuthenticationJettyFeature to take advantage of the WebXml configurability of the JettyFeature

      Description

      Once NXP-10295 is done, we need to refactor the TokenAuthenticationJettyFeature: no more need to use the TokenAuthenticationJettyConfig annotation, which should be removed, but use the WebXml one instead.
