Delay datasource binding until Naming installed

We need to listen to the applicationStarted event and to be executed after the JtaJca component.
Otherwise, datasource binding crashes because the Naming is not available.
As a use case, the JettyComponent is starting the Naming by the mean of the JettyListsner. We noticed this error when trying to bind a datasource in a test using the Jetty feature.
