      Description

      Templates included directly via a view are not refreshed correctly even if dev mode is set.

      Steps to reproduce on a 5.6: on a CAP (do not install DM), edit xhtml template at /incl/tree_explorer.xhtml with dev mode set => changes are not taken into account.
