Clicking on Reply when the Add form is displayed triggers a check on the Add form

Steps to reproduce:

1. On a forum topic, add a comment.
2. Click on the Add button.
3. Click on the Reply link of the 1st comment.
   -> "Value is required" is displayed for the Title and Comment fields of the Add form. It should cancel the Add form and display the reply form.
