Fix duplicate component names and layout errors in jBPM addons

      Description

      At startup, we get the following error

      = Component Loading Errors:
  * Duplicate component name: service:org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.jbpm.web.layouts

      which leads to

      INFO: 16:41:26,872 ERROR [LayoutTagHandler] Layout 'add_workflow_task' not found

      and then it's not possible to create task.

      Moreover, some widgets defined in nuxeo-platform-jbpm-web have the same name as widgets from document-routing => this raises errors too !
