      When content view cache is set to 0, the content view is cached anyhow with only one instance per user (and a static cache key), when rendering the content view again, the associated page provider is refreshed.

      As stated in the doc at http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/FQ4z, using a cache size "0" (meaning "no cache") on content views is making selections misbehave.

      => Need a better solution to handle refresh of content views on rendering, without relying on a complicated (and not distributed) refresh on Seam events.
